We are committed to providing our patients with a high quality, effective and efficient service. However, we are aware that things can go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is the case, please let us know.
We operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.
Complaints are an opportunity to make improvements to the service we provide. Most problems and issues can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned.
